What does it cost?$199 a month per location, plus a one-time implementation of $999 for your first location and $499 for each location after that. We email you 30 days before any price change.
What does implementation cover?We build your floor plan, bring over your guests and bookings, set up your booking page and your phone number, and train your team.
What if we go over the monthly minutes, texts or fax pages?Each location gets 300 minutes of HostyFlow on your calls, 300 phone minutes, 300 texts sent and received and 300 fax pages sent and received a month. Anything above that is $0.20 a minute, a message or a page.
Can we send and receive faxes?Yes. Every location gets a fax number, or moves the one it has. Faxes land in HostyFlow, with copies emailed to any department you choose. Send from HostyFlow or by email. Only need to receive faxes? Keep the fax line you have.
Do you charge per cover or per booking?No. One monthly price, however busy you are.
Can I bring my guest list?Yes. We import your guests, bookings, notes and history when you join.
Is there a contract?No. Pay month to month and cancel anytime.
