What we found. A diner network across OpenTable and 140+ partner sites, with custom floor plans, waitlists, guest profiles and POS connections included on Core and Pro. Pro adds two-way texting, and voice AI partners can answer your calls.
What you pay. Platform is $289 a month and Platform 360 is $459 a month, with no per-cover fees.
What we found. Full table and floor plan management, walk-in waitlists and rich guest profiles, plus POS connections with Toast and Square. Its diner app and American Express partnership bring high-spending guests to your door.
What you pay. Now part of the Resy network. Essential is $289 a month and Premium is $459 a month, plus 3% or 2% on prepayments and standard processing.
What we found. Strong on prepaid experiences and events, with deposits, walk-in waitlists and guest profiles. A dedicated implementation manager moves your data over, and it now shares the Resy diner network.
What you pay. Starter, Growth and Premium are quote only; no prices are published.
What we found. A deep guest CRM with 360-degree profiles, predictive waitlists and 65+ POS connections, plus two-way texting and 1:1 onboarding. Voice AI call answering is an add-on, and DoorDash Reservations sends new diners.
