Booking a table

Your booking is with the restaurant. The restaurant sets its hours, tables, menu, deposits, and its cancellation and no-show rules, and shows them before you book. HostyFlow passes your booking to the restaurant and sends your confirmation.

Confirm your booking with the code we send. Give your real name and a phone number and email you use, so the restaurant can reach you about your table.

Deposits, prepaid menus and cards held on file

When a restaurant asks for a deposit, a prepaid menu or a card to hold your table, the terms are shown before you pay or save a card. Charges, refunds and no-show or late-cancel fees follow the restaurant's rules. Questions about a charge go to the restaurant first; we'll help if you email us.

Text messages

When you ask for a code by text, the restaurant sends one text with your code. When you book, the restaurant may text you about that booking: confirmations, reminders and changes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reviews

Reviews must be your own honest experience of the restaurant. No hate, harassment, personal details of others or advertising. Restaurants and HostyFlow may remove reviews that break these rules.

Restaurants

Restaurants pay the price shown on HostyFlow.com/pricing, month to month, and can cancel at any time. Each restaurant is responsible for its own page, prices, policies and the texts and calls it sends through HostyFlow, and for following the law where it operates.

Your account

Keep your email and phone secure; anyone who can read your codes can use your account. Tell us at team@hostyflow.com if you think someone else is using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll email restaurants before any change that affects what they pay.
