A diner network across OpenTable and 140+ partner sites, with custom floor plans, waitlists, guest profiles and point-of-sale connections on Core and Pro. Pro adds two-way texting, and partner companies can answer your calls.
What HostyFlow does for a restaurant leaving OpenTable
$299 a month per location, month to month. No per-cover fees and no charge per booking. HostyFlow takes nothing from bookings, deposits, dine-in or pickup; delivery orders carry a 3% service fee, paid by the guest.
HostyFlow picks up your number, answers questions, books tables and puts callers through to the numbers you choose. Voicemails are written out in your inbox.
Confirmations, reminders and waitlist texts go out from your restaurant's number, and guest replies land next to the booking.

Questions restaurants ask
Can I move my guest list from OpenTable to HostyFlow?
Yes. Download your guest list from OpenTable, or use any spreadsheet, and add the file in setup's Bring everything over step. HostyFlow matches the columns, and VIP marks, tags, notes and past visits come over.
What happens to bookings already made on OpenTable?
Send OpenTable's booking emails to your HostyFlow inbox, found in your page editor under Booking links. Each booking, change and cancellation shows on your host screen, marked with where it came from.
Does HostyFlow charge per cover?
No. HostyFlow is $299 a month per location, plus a one-time implementation of $999 for your first location and $499 for each one after that. There is no contract.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. Forward its calls to your HostyFlow number, or move the number itself to HostyFlow. Either way, HostyFlow answers.
Does HostyFlow send diners the way OpenTable does?
OpenTable sends guests through its OpenTable network. HostyFlow's network is opt-in. When a nearby HostyFlow restaurant is full, its booking card can show your open tables, and yours shows theirs when you are full.
Do bookings from my own website cost extra?
No. HostyFlow charges nothing per booking, wherever it comes from: your restaurant page, the booking card on your own site, Google, a call or a text.
