Guests book on your restaurant page, on the booking card on your own website, from Google, by text or by phone. Booking emails from OpenTable, Resy, Tock, SevenRooms or Yelp land on the same host screen.
Draw your rooms and seat a party by dragging it onto a table. Every table shows ready, dining or cleaning.
Walk-ins join the list and get a link that shows where they stand, then a text when the host marks their table ready.
One card per guest with every visit, table, birthday, note and message, so your team greets regulars by name.
Take a deposit or a prepaid tasting menu on your own payment account. HostyFlow keeps none of it.
HostyFlow answers your phone, books the table while the caller is on the line and writes out every voicemail.
Pickup and delivery orders from your page, with station and Expo screens in the kitchen.

What is a restaurant reservation system?

How much does HostyFlow cost?
$299 a month per location, plus a one-time implementation of $999 for your first location and $499 for each one after that. There are no per-cover fees and no contract.
Can guests book from my own website?
Yes. Point your Book a table button at your restaurant page, or place the booking card on your site with the embed code from your page editor.
Can I bring my guest list from another system?
Yes. Download it from OpenTable, SevenRooms, Resy, Tock, Yelp or Toast Tables, or use any spreadsheet, and add the file during setup. HostyFlow matches the columns for you.
What does the host stand need?
An iPad, a laptop or a phone with a web browser. Hosts run the floor on the iPad and managers check the night from anywhere.
Does HostyFlow work with my point of sale?
Yes. HostyFlow connects to Square, Toast and Clover from Connections in the Workstation, using your own account.
