See every deposit, fee and refund on Payments, charge or refund with one button, and set tax, service charge and gratuity.
Read the Payments screen
Owners and managers open Payments from the rail.
The top shows deposits held tonight, collected this week, fees, refunds and your next payout.
The tabs All, Held, Paid, Fees and Refunded filter the list.
Charge, release or refund
Press Charge on a held payment to charge the full amount held.
Press Release on a held payment to let it go.
Press Refund on a paid one to refund everything left on it.
Money settings
Late-cancel fee: charge per guest, per booking, or a share of what was paid, then press Save fee.
Late-cancel deposit: give it back or keep it.
Add-ons: charge them with the booking or after the visit.
No-show add-ons and late-cancel add-ons: follow the deposit, keep them, or give them back.
Tax, service charge and gratuity: turn each on and set its rate. They apply to add-ons, prepaid tastings and events, never to a deposit.
