What HostyFlow does with your restaurant’s information
Here is what happens to your bookings, your guests’ details and your payments.
Your restaurant’s records are kept apart
Your bookings, guests and floor are kept in a place that belongs to your restaurant alone. No other restaurant can open them.
HostyFlow never sees a card number
Guests enter their card on the payment company’s own page. The money goes to your restaurant’s payment account, and HostyFlow keeps 0% of it.
Voicemails stay in your inbox
Voicemails and call transcripts are kept in your restaurant’s inbox so your team can read and replay them. Only your signed-in team can open them.
Every change has a name and a time
Each change a team member makes in the Workstation is written to the activity log with their name and the time. Most changes can be undone.
Each person signs in as themselves
Each person signs in with a code sent to their own email or mobile number, at the host stand too: tapping a name sends that person a code, and only that code starts their shift. Roles decide what each person can open.
Texts come from your own number
Your number is registered with the phone carriers for business texting. A guest can reply STOP at any time to stop texts.
Questions about security or your data
Write to security@hostyflow.com with a security question. Guests can write to deletemydata@hostyflow.com to have their details removed.
