Floor Colors and Themes
Color the whole floor with one of nine themes, or color a single table, area or piece.
Use a theme
- Open the design panel and choose Color.
- Under Themes, pick one, such as Warm bistro, Coastal or High-contrast service.
- Press Color the floor. Every table, area and piece takes its colors.
Undo in the HostyFlow panel puts the colors back.
Color one thing
- With the panel open, tap a table, area or piece on the floor.
- Pick a swatch under Color, or choose Any color to pick your own.
- Pick a Text color, or leave it on Auto so the text stays easy to read.
- For a table, choose whether the color goes on This table, Its area or Every table.
How tables show their status
A table without its own color shows its status in its fill: ready, dining, cleaning or blocked.
A table with its own color shows a small status word instead, such as Booked, Seated, Late or Cleaning.
The strip above the floor filters it to only ready, dining, cleaning or blocked tables.

Joining Tables by Dropping One on Another
Drag a table onto the table beside it to join them for a larger party. Split them again from the table card.
The Design Panel: Adding and Arranging Tables
The plus button on the floor opens Design the floor. Add tables, bars, rooms and areas, then tap anything to name, resize, color or remove it.
Saved Floor Plans, Templates and Event Layouts
Save the floor as a plan and switch back to it later. Start from a template or lay out an event in one area.
Levels and Entrances
Add a level for an upstairs room or a rooftop, and place each entrance on its wall.
Sections and Who Is Serving Them
Group tables into sections and choose who serves each section today. The server's name shows on the table card.
