Levels and Entrances
Add a level for an upstairs room or a rooftop, and place each entrance on its wall.
Add and switch levels
- Open the design panel and choose Room.
- Under Levels, type a name such as Upstairs or Rooftop and press Add, or tap one of the quick names.
- The level opens right away with the same room size as your first level.
- Switch levels with the Level tabs on the floor's bar. They show once you have two or more.
Your first level is called Main floor until you rename it.
When you pick a table or booking on another level, the floor switches to that level.
To remove a level, move or remove its tables first. Its areas and pieces go with it.
Entrances
- On the Room tab, under Entrances, press Add an entrance.
- Name it, and choose Top, Bottom, Left or Right for its wall.
- Drag the entrance along any wall on the floor to place it.
The restaurant needs at least one entrance, so add another before removing the last one.
When the floor grows to fill your screen, the wall with the entrance stays put.

Joining Tables by Dropping One on Another
Drag a table onto the table beside it to join them for a larger party. Split them again from the table card.
The Design Panel: Adding and Arranging Tables
The plus button on the floor opens Design the floor. Add tables, bars, rooms and areas, then tap anything to name, resize, color or remove it.
Saved Floor Plans, Templates and Event Layouts
Save the floor as a plan and switch back to it later. Start from a template or lay out an event in one area.
Floor Colors and Themes
Color the whole floor with one of nine themes, or color a single table, area or piece.
Sections and Who Is Serving Them
Group tables into sections and choose who serves each section today. The server's name shows on the table card.
