Guest Cards, Tags and Allergy Badges
Every guest has a card with their visits, notes and messages. Allergy and occasion words in host notes show as badges.
Badges from host notes
Type an allergy or an occasion into a booking's host notes, such as celiac, peanut allergy or birthday.
A badge shows on the guest's row, such as GF, NUT, DF, SHELL, VEGAN, BDAY or ANNI. Hover it to read the full word.
The table card on the floor spells the badge out, such as Nut Allergy.
VIP and No-show risk come from the guest's tags, not from notes.
The guest card
- Open Guests from the rail and search by name, phone, company or table.
- Tap a guest to see their visits, no-shows, usual table and next booking.
- Press Edit to change their details, such as birthday, dietary needs or usual table, then press Save.
- Add a tag for the team, or add a note under Notes from the team.
Mark VIP puts the VIP tag on a guest.
HostyFlow adds the tags Regular, Big spender, No-show risk and First visit from each guest's history.
If you run more than one location, the card also shows the guest's visits at your other locations.
