Changing the Wording of Guest Messages

Words in curly brackets fill themselves in for each guest, such as {name}, {party}, {date}, {time} and {link}.

Each box lists the fill-ins it can use. HostyFlow will not save a fill-in that box cannot use.

{ahead} becomes a line such as 2 parties ahead of you. {wait} becomes a line such as About 20 minutes left on your quoted wait.

A box cannot be empty or longer than 480 characters.

Wording that tells guests to go somewhere, such as come to the host stand, is refused.

Under Waitlist texts, turn on or off the confirmation when a guest joins, the count of parties ahead, the updates while they wait and the almost ready text.

Set how often updates go out, and how many minutes before the end of the quote the almost ready text goes.

These texts go to guests who joined the waitlist from their own phone.
