Running More Than One Location
Add a location, switch between them, and see which details every location shares.
Add a location
- Open Settings, then Locations.
- Under Add a location, type the location name and city.
- Press Add location.
- Press Switch to it, then run its setup.
The owner adds locations.
Each location gets its own floor, team, guests, number, setup and restaurant code.
Switch locations
In Settings, under Locations, press Switch to it next to another location. The one you are in shows This location.
You can switch to a location when you are on its team.
Shared and separate
Every location shares the restaurant name, description, menu link, logo, cover, policies, add-ons and dining areas.
Each location keeps its own address, phone, hours, photos, reviews, survey settings, bookings, team and floor.
Reports can show this location or All locations, with a column for each.
A guest's card shows their visits at your other locations.
