The Restaurant Network and Featured Placement
Share open tables with HostyFlow restaurants near you, and choose to be featured first when a nearby restaurant is full.
Join the network
- Open Settings and choose Restaurant network.
- Turn on Share your open times so guests of full restaurants near you can book with you.
- Turn on Show nearby restaurants when you are full to send your guests to open tables near you.
- Pick how many miles counts as nearby and press Save.
The network shares open times, party sizes, cuisine, price level and where you are on the map.
It never shares guest names, phone numbers, emails, notes or visits.
Feature your restaurant
- In Restaurant network, turn on Feature your restaurant and press Save.
When a nearby network restaurant is full, your open tables show first on its booking card, marked Featured.
Featured needs Share your open times, so turning it on turns sharing on too.
When several restaurants near each other are featured, they take turns, one booking card view at a time.
Featured placement is part of your plan. It is never a separate charge.
