The Workflow Screen: One Reservation Start to Finish
Workflow shows each step a reservation goes through, who does it, the status it writes, and live counts for tonight.
Read the guest journey
- Open Workflow from the left rail.
- Each row is one step: Book, Confirm, Plan, Remind, Arrive, Seat, Pay and Clean.
- Read across a row for what happens, the status written, where it comes from and what HostyFlow does.
The last column counts tonight's service live, such as how many bookings are unconfirmed or how many tables are cleaning.
The counts come from the same live connection as the host screen, so they move as your team works.
