Connecting DoorDash

Link your DoorDash store so its orders land on your Kitchen list with a DoorDash badge, and your menu and sold-out items stay in step.

Link your store

  1. Open Connections and find Delivery apps. Owners and managers can open it.
  2. On the DoorDash tile, press Connect DoorDash and sign in on DoorDash's own page.
  3. Back in HostyFlow, pick the DoorDash store for each of your locations, then press Save links.
  4. HostyFlow sends your menu to DoorDash. The tile reads Linking until DoorDash turns the store on, then Connected.

While the DoorDash connection isn't open on HostyFlow yet, the tile says so and can't be pressed.

If DoorDash holds the link, the tile says why in plain words, such as a menu with no open hours.

Menu, prices and orders

Press Settings on the tile. Under Menu, send your whole menu or pick the items DoorDash gets.

Price markup raises every DoorDash price by the amount you set there. It is your own setting.

Under Orders, pick Accept every order at once or The team accepts each order, and set the minutes your kitchen needs.

When the team accepts, press Accept or Can't make it on the order in the Kitchen list within a few minutes. DoorDash cancels an order nobody answers.

Press Ready when the order is ready, and DoorDash sends its courier in or tells the guest.

Take an item off under Menu, and it goes off DoorDash too. A menu item that sells out goes off by itself and comes back when it has stock.

Connection health

Settings shows the last order, the last menu sent and any problem DoorDash reported, with one plain status line.

Press Disconnect to stop DoorDash orders for this location. Orders already in the Kitchen list stay.
