Connecting Uber Eats
Sign in with Uber and pick your store, so Uber Eats orders land on your Kitchen list with an Uber Eats badge and your menu stays in step.
Link your store
- Open Connections and find Delivery apps. Owners and managers can open it.
- On the Uber Eats tile, press Connect Uber Eats and sign in on Uber's own page.
- Back in HostyFlow, pick the Uber Eats store for each of your locations, then press Save links.
- HostyFlow turns on orders for each store you linked and sends your menu.
While the Uber Eats connection isn't open on HostyFlow yet, the tile says so and can't be pressed.
Menu, prices and orders
Press Settings on the tile. Under Menu, send your whole menu or pick the items Uber Eats gets.
Price markup raises every Uber Eats price by the amount you set there. It is your own setting.
Under Orders, pick Accept every order at once or The team accepts each order, and set the minutes your kitchen needs.
When the team accepts, press Accept or Can't make it on the order in the Kitchen list. Press Ready when it is ready.
Take an item off under Menu, and it goes off Uber Eats too. A menu item that sells out goes off by itself and comes back when it has stock.
Connection health
Settings shows the last order, the last menu sent and any problem Uber Eats reported, with one plain status line.
If Uber asks you to sign in again, the tile says Sign in again. Press it and sign in on Uber's page.
Press Disconnect to stop Uber Eats orders for this location. Orders already in the Kitchen list stay.
