The Kitchen Screen
Every online order for today on one screen: your menu's pickup and delivery orders, shop pickups, DoorDash and Uber Eats, with the source on each ticket.
Open Kitchen
Kitchen is on the rail. Owners, managers and staff can open it, so a cook signed in as staff works the orders.
Orders waiting to be accepted sit first and ring once after someone presses Turn sound on. Nothing refreshes on a timer: the screen changes when an order does.
Each ticket shows where it came from: your page, DoorDash or Uber Eats.
Work an order
- Press Accept, or Accept +10 min to promise it later.
- Press Ready when the food is ready. A DoorDash or Uber courier is booked then.
- Press Picked up when the guest collects it, or Out for delivery when a We deliver order leaves, then Delivered when it arrives.
- Press Reject with a reason if the kitchen can't make it. A guest who paid online is refunded.
A ticket marked Pay at pickup or Pay on delivery was not paid online: collect the money when you hand it over.
Press Print for a paper ticket.
